Custom rose floral pendant, 18 karat yellow gold, with 24 bead set irradiated fancy yellow round brilliant cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.37 carat total, VS clarity, and one semi-bezel set round natural ruby in the center of the rose.  The ruby weighs approximately 0.05 carat.  The piece has a rabbit ear bail.
